1. Who operates the platform

Influencer.Africa is a brand and platform operated by The Crazy Entrepreneur Marketing Services LLC, United Arab Emirates (“TCE”, “we”, “us” or “our”). TCE is responsible for the personal information described in this policy.

2. Information we collect

When you submit a creator application or brand enquiry, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, company, website, country, preferred market, campaign objective, timing, indicative budget, creator profile, content category, languages and the information you choose to include. Our hosting and security providers may also process technical information such as IP address, browser type, device data, request time and referring page.

3. How we use information

• To respond to enquiries and creator applications.
• To assess potential campaigns, partnerships and market interest.
• To operate, secure and improve the website.
• To maintain business records and meet legal obligations.
• To send marketing only where permitted or where you have agreed to receive it.

4. Our legal reasons

Depending on your location and the context, we process information with your consent, to take steps at your request before a contract, for our legitimate business interests, or to comply with law. You may withdraw consent where consent is the basis, without affecting earlier processing.

We may use hosting, form-processing, email, analytics, security and professional-service providers. Information may therefore be processed in the UAE and other countries, including outside your country of residence. Where required, we use appropriate contractual or legal safeguards for international transfers.

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes above, including legal, accounting and dispute requirements. We use proportionate technical and organisational safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

The launch version does not use advertising cookies. Essential hosting or security technologies may still be used. Third-party websites and social platforms have their own privacy practices, for which we are not responsible.

9. Children

The platform is intended for adults and is not designed to collect information from children. Creator participation requirements will be set out before onboarding begins.
